100% Authentic Talavera accessories made in Mexico. Talavera tiles are a Mexican and Spanish pottery tradition from Talavera de la Reina, in Spain. The mugs are made from clay dug out of the ground and fired to a temperature at which the clay undergoes chemical changes and becomes permanently hard. Then the tile is glazed and decorated by hand, and fired once again to give it its final and lively finish
*Due to the handmade nature of Talavera, colors, designs and dimensions may vary slightly. The appearance of small surface cracks, or crazing, is a natural characteristic of Talavera.

We offer 10-day returns for all customers in the US. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer responsible for shipping fee.. The return time frame starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage (all items inspected prior to shipping for any damages)
Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
