Each mural is hand painted by our Talavera Artist. Only a small amount are made every year.
The mural is made up of 6 tiles, each tile is 4″x4″ giving the mural a final size of 12″x18″.
These Traditional talavera tiles are unique and will add a special flair to any project.
Talavera
100% Authentic Talavera tiles made in Mexico. Talavera tiles are a Mexican and Spanish pottery tradition from Talavera de la Reina, in Spain. The tiles are made from clay dug out of the ground and fired to a temperature at which the clay undergoes chemical changes and becomes permanently hard. Then the tile is glazed and decorated by hand, and fired once again to give it its final and lively finish
